Types of Glass

Depending on the application, you will have to determine the type of glass you choose. There are laws regarding what type of glass needs to be used in specific applications, and a GGC customer service professional will be happy to advise you.

	Regular float glass. without  toughening or heat strengthening	Float glass panel heated and cooled rapidly in a controlled environment.	2 sheets of glass fused together with a sheet of transparent plastic between the sheets.	Two pains of glass spaced by aluminum or foam. Creates energy efficiencies all year.
